Involvement

As the price of returning them home to their world and time, “Sir” asks the party to obtain the mystical and priceless Polar Star Gem, currently in the hands of Marietta Cosgrove.

Highlights

In various guises, the party obtains passage to Cardington, London on the Zeppelin Victoria Louise II during which time they hope to separate Mrs Cosgrove and the Polar Star by fair means or foul.

The zeppelin crashes in the mid-Atlantic (sabotage?) and the party become trapped on the “Dutchman”, a deserted ghost ship. They are finally released when Joe, who had the Star all along, gave it to the ghost Captain.

Rescued off the coast of Spain, the party discover they are in their own world. They are taken to port by their rescuer Marietta Cosgrove, a mysterious wealthy woman, in her luxury yacht.

Possessions Acquired

None, but Anjuli lost her heart and her virginity to Sam in a moment of passion as the zeppelin was slowly sinking towards the cold, grey Atlantic. Not to say that Sam is Anjuli’s possession, but she most certainly “acquired” him during this adventure.
