Zatarn is the evil wizard who is Lissa’s nemesis. Zatarn is 6’ 6” tall, lean, long pale blond hair and clean-shaven. The back of his right hand is scarred badly by chemical burns. His eyes are black-green, his complexion medium.
Zatarn’s heritage is unknown. He has lived in Karameikos for over thirty years though he looks only thirty or so years old. He has hinted he came from far south. Zatarn dresses richly in furs, brocades and embroidery and loves luxury and soft living, even though he remains in shape. His tower is staffed by “unseen servants” and some domestics. He lives away from any major villages.
