Dice for Fantasy Role Players<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n

In January 1984, I began playing in an Advanced Dungeons & Dragons (AD&D)<\/a> campaign set in the world of Tharamaylor, an invention of my first Game Master (GM)<\/a>, Neil Fraser.\u00a0What I didn’t realize at the time was that this nervous step into a new hobby would become a lifelong passion.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

My first character was a young mage named Lissa<\/a>, and my first party was a group of characters Lissa stumbled across while fleeing from her nemesis, the evil wizard Zatarn<\/a>. The clich\u00e9s are strong in this old scenario, but it was many years ago when such things were fresh for GMs and players.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Since then, I have played in and run many role-playing<\/a> games. Over 40 years later, I run games via Roll20 and Foundry. Just look for me on Roll20 here<\/a> and on Foundry here<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
