Involvement

Sarah and Charles were returning from Egypt to London via the Orient Express. Alex was a passenger on the same train.

Highlights

The famed Orient Express. Boarded a Greek train in Athens, attached to the Express at Nis (Yugoslavia) through to Vienna.

Here the party stayed a week and boarded another Orient Express and continued to Boulogne, where the ferry was waiting to make the connection with the English part of the train at Folkestone. Continued to London.

Sarah and Charles were pursued by an Arab cultist who poisoned their food with a deadly hallucinogenic drug. Sarah dreamt of another encounter with Narlethotep. They were saved by an antidote found in the Arab’s cabin.
